Production Management :

Sorucing in China, our yarn mills support good quality Pure Cashmere, Cashmere Blend, Pure Silk, Silk Blend, Cotton and Angora to our production factories in Southern and Northern china, serving our business partners with annual volume of 10 million pieces of garments.

Our quality assurance system consists of on-site inspections and quality improvement programs as to provide independent assurace to our customers on product quality. In addition to 100% in-line inspection by factories and yarn mills, our quality assurance officers, basing on customer requirements, will perform regular inspections to cover materials, work-in-process and final products. In the quality improvement programs, there are regular independent audits conducted as to evaluate quality performance by production factories on regular basis for continuous improvement. The results of these audits will be channeled to yarn mills and factories to strengthen their internal controls,in particular,the preventive measurments.

We believe providing a healthy production environment to workers is benefical to us and our business partners. It is our commitment to be socially responsible to ensure all our production factories practice the code of conduct that stipulated by our customers or human rights associations, such as SA8000.
