At Neo-Concept, we offer our customers a “one-stop” philosophy in our ability to develop a vast range of raw materials from our yarn spinning, weaving, dyeing, knitting and sewing facilities. We can produce for all markets and with our diverse capabilities we are very flexible in meeting customers’ needs. We produce multi products and mix techniques, yarns, fabrics and finishings. This is key to making our products more valuable and cost efficient for clients and providing speed to market.

RAW MATERIAL
We have developed innovative materials, which have gained us recognition within the industry. We have the following registered trademarks:
Cashair® uses the finest, most luxurious microfibers from cashmere, and offers a lighter and softer comfort on the skin.
Pas'n Air® is new to our polyester family; this material is technically advanced in terms of achieving super soft hand-feel, high pilling results and has an eco-friendly production.
We also have a joint venture cooperative with China Textile Resource Pudong Ltd, who is the biggest supplier of high quality raw materials in China. They supply numerous materials including, Australian wool, non-mulesing wool, tencel, modal, bamboo, organic wool, and organic cotton.

SWEATERS
We offer 1-1/2 to 16 gauge hand-flat machines, computer knit, hand knit and hand crochet. We place all our efforts into producing sweaters with attention to detail and high quality stitching. We invest in the best machinery, such as Stoll machines, to mix yarns and develop unique styles.
CUT & SEWN
We offer:
Light to medium weight 18-28 gauge
Low gauge ranges from 3-15 gauge circular knits
These are suitable for use in a full range of products including:
fashion tops, blouses, skirts, dressed, jackets and pants.
Our strength lies in our skill to manipulate materials and be flexible with production techniques. For example, we can use cut & sew materials but apply techniques from our woven production to create beautiful and unique products. We are proud of this expertise that is hard to find in the garment manufacturing industry.
