Neo-Concept is a vertically integrated, apparel manufacturing group producing womens, mens and kids fine fashion, intimate wear and accessories. With our multi-product platform, we have the capabilities to satisfy various product needs from customers, as well as the ability to develop innovative products in a low carbon driven market.

Procurement and Sourcing
Our products are largely made from natural fibers such as cashmere, wool, silk, cotton and linen. We have developed our own trademarked materials, the super soft and super fine, Cashair® and the super soft, cashmere touch polyester, Pas'n'air®. We have also entered into partnerships with suppliers to attain the best quality sources of raw materials available. Notably, we have partnered with China Textiles, the largest source of high quality Australian wool, tencel and modal in China. This cooperative will further expand our current range into synthetic raw materials.
Design
R&D is a primary focus at Neo-Concept. Customers acknowledge our achievements and we have earned the reputation for inspirational designs and innovative materials. We aim to remain observant of our markets and be creatively driven to offer value added products to our customers.
Sales & Marketing
Our sales, marketing and merchandising offices are located in major cities around the world, including, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, New York, Amsterdam, London and Barcelona. We also have good relationships with other countries such as Japan which allow us to provide our services and explore business opportunities. This is very useful as it enables us to work closely with our international customers to meet their specific needs and provide the best services.
Production
We have an expansive network of production sites and supplier partnerships. Our production sites are strategically based in North, East and Southern China to take advantage of key regional strengths. We own spinning facilities in Inner Mongolia, dyeing mill in Hangzhou, knitting factories in Inner Mongolia, Nantong, Zhongshan and Dongguan, and cut & sew facilities in Jiaxing. Zhongshan has been set up as a fully vertical factory; this 26,000 square meter site combines sweaters, cut and sew and woven production all in one building. Besides China production, we also extended our off-shore sweater production in Bangladesh to accommodate competitive price.
Operations
Our staff handling operations is experienced and very proactive at problem solving. Our merchandisers are excellent at leading product development from the beginning to the end of the process, to ensure that customers are satisfied with our products. To ensure the quality of our products and services we have implemented an internal quality monitoring system called, Total Quality Management (TQM). Our TQM system has been rolled out across all departments, from in line raw material testing to pre-shipment inspections. We have trained and qualified staff members inspecting products to meet both in house and external quality and assurance standards.
Logistics
Our associated freight forwarders provide tailor-made and cost-effective freight management services to customers’ specific requirements. This includes sea freight , air freight , trucking , warehousing, packing, custom clearance and declaration, as well as distribution.
Zhongshan Headquarters
The Zhongshan headquarters was built with a vision to meet the needs of our changing industry and to show more awareness for the environment. It is a model of what we expect of ourselves and the commitment we have to our industry.
Our headquarters has a green concept in architectural design and technology. It was a great challenge to build such a site, as eco-friendly construction is only just gaining momentum in China. However, we succeeded in the end, and it is a pleasure to have this example of environmental protection in the workplace.
Our facility offers a new approach to how we offer customer service. Being a vertically integrated site, visiting customers have access to the entire supply chain. They can access our design teams, showrooms, merchandising and sales teams, as well as the large multi product factory for sweaters, cut & sew and woven production. This set up is mutually beneficial for our teams and customers as together, with all capabilities available, we can build a closer partnership, create beautiful products and deliver more satisfied customers.
At the heart of Neo Zhongshan, is our aim to provide an inspirational work and living environment. The entire site, including landscaping, architecture and interior design were all conceived to bring more enjoyment to work through art and nature. We hope that for staff and visitors alike, Neo Zhongshan feels like a creative space where the beauty in art can be explored and made into an everyday reality.
